Take a Moment to Be Grateful
When life seems crazy, remind yourself of what’s good.
This week’s blog post is short and sweet. In the midst of the hustle, I saw this pic and it reminded me to laugh and be present in all of life’s moments.
In the crazy swirl of challenges and frustrations, it's easy to forget what's good. We get caught up in work, relationships, responsibilities, and too-easily lose ourselves in the grind.
That's why I try to find time every day, even just a minute or two, to remind myself of everything I'm grateful for. There are the essentials: my health, my family, my partner -- but I don't forget the interests, passions and pursuits specific to me as an individual, and you know for me it's all about jiu jitsu, baby!
